MLPA North Coast Study Region (see attached guidelines for participating
in webinar/teleconference meetings and providing public comment)

When: Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.

Where: Conference call and webinar (with several staffed locations; see attached agenda)
and on the day of the meeting via simultaneous webcast at
